Diamond Set Crochet Patterns for 18″ Doll The Diamond Set for 18″ Doll includes crochet patterns for the visor hat, boots, jacket and skirt. This set features a post stitch pattern in size to fit 18 inch Dolls like American Girl, Gotz Precious Day Girl, and other similar sized dolls. I named this the Diamond Set, because this stitch pattern reminds me of a diamond shape.  The hat is worked in rounds from top to bottom. The boots are worked in one piece from sole up to top on the rounds. Jacket is worked from the neck downwards. Raglan increases are worked to shape yoke. Piece is divided at underarms, and sleeves together with body are then worked separately. The skirt is worked in rounds down to lower edge.
