The hut is okay for the price on this package deal. But the auger worked great! 0 complaints out the box. Will update if there is problems with this product as they arise. But dense clear ice 3 feet thick wasn’t even a problem for the auger. Would recommend to everyone who wants a cheap auger and hut. The hut is small but does fit 2 people decently with some gear. Best for a solo trip in my opinion. But for the cost of this is basically nothing compared to what you could spend. If your new to icefishing this 100% is perfect for you. I have used a hand auger for 22 years of my life this gas auger changed my life for ever. I like that it’s lightweight, starts first pull even in the bitter cold, has yet to kick, stisll out, or chug down like it’s struggling or have any issue. Great product in me opinion.
