After use, we advise cleaning the blade and coating it with vegetable oil, and storing the tool in a dry place. If rust or other deposits form, you can use products from our our steel care kit. Each tool is unique and its appearance may differ slightly from the one shown in the photo. The blade is hand-forged, and the handle is made of natural wood.
